Steward is free to use, and no payments are currently processed through the app. There is nothing to buy, subscribe to, or be charged for at this time.
If you ever notice a charge related to Steward that you did not authorise, or believe you were billed in error, contact us at paul@kinetikmd.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.
Cloud features (push reminders, account creation and multi-device sync) are free while in testing and are intended to become a paid Pro subscription in future. A Pro subscription would be a purchase rather than a contribution, so it will carry its own cancellation and refund terms, including any statutory cooling-off period. Those terms will be published here before Pro launches.
